What makes our ground beef special?

Our ground beef is single cow origin finished on homegrown alfalfa and corn. The beef is dry aged and vacuum sealed. It’s a blend of about 85/15, so you’re getting plenty of flavor without all the grease. Plus, we’re certified angus and verified natural, so you can trust the product you’re buying!
