How is the beef shipped?
We ship the beef every Monday in an insulated box with 5 lbs. of dry ice. Depending on your location, you should receive it in 2 days after shipping.

If I live in White Pine County, do I pick up the beef or will it come to my house?
If you live within Ely, McGill, Lund, or Ruth city limits, we will deliver to your house the Wednesday following your order being placed.

If I am traveling through Ely, can I pick up an order?
It depends. Please email us at perigohaycattle@gmail.com for inquiries.
You can also check out our retail freezer located at Economy Drug in downtown Ely for quick shopping.

What is your refund policy?
Since we ship perishable items for human consumption, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your product, for any reason, please email us at perigohaycattle@gmail.com to discuss a refund.
