Tenderized Round, or Cube Seaks, (also known as “chicken fried steaks”) are perfect to throw in a skillet for breakfast, dinner, and everything in between.

They are considered one of the most lean cuts of beef, with nutritional values similar to chicken. If you are looking for a healthier cut of beef, this one is for you.
